連弘宜 Hongyi Lien
連弘宜是社團法人安全臺灣學會的理事，同時也是國立政治大學國際事務學院外交學系教授，並曾任該院院長及該系主任。連博士的研究專長為俄羅斯研究、國際關係、 戰略研究、國防政策。

Hungyi Lien is a board member of the Secure Taiwan Associate Corporation and a professor in the Department of Diplomacy at the College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. He previously served as dean of the college and chair of the department. Dr. Lien’s research focuses on Russian studies, international relations, strategic studies, and defense policy.
