馬振坤博士 Dr. Chengkun Ma
馬振坤博士是社團法人安全臺灣學會的理事，同時也是國防大學中共軍事事務研究所教授暨創所所長，並且擔任大陸委員會和海洋委員會的諮詢委員。馬博士的研究領域為中國軍事和安全戰略，他自國立臺灣大學獲得政治學博士學位。

Dr. Chengkun Ma serves as a Board Member of the Secure Taiwan Associate Corporation. He is also a Professor at and the founding Director of the Graduate Institute of China Military Affairs Studies, National Defense University, ROC (Taiwan). In addition, he serves as an advisory member to both the Mainland Affairs Council and the Ocean Affairs Council. Dr. Ma’s research focuses on Chinese military affairs and security strategy. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from National Taiwan University.
